Our Mission
Calvary Community Center (also known as Denver Apostolic Church) is founded on the Biblical principles of loving God and loving our neighbors. We partner with the City of Denver to make a difference in the Swansea, Elyria, and Globeville communities. Our specific purpose is to: ​

• Share the gospel of Jesus to bring hope and life to our community​​

• Provide a central location to worship and fellowship

• Provide job-related services such as computer literacy training, resume writing, and business plan writing

• Provide education-related services such as English and math tutoring

• Provide basic-needs services such as food and clothing 

• Provide youth-focused services such as tutoring, mentoring, and recreational activities

• Provide building space to conduct family-oriented events such as weddings, funerals, quinceañeras, and graduation parties

• Provide assistance with facilitating funerals and weddings
